These terms are an agreement between you and AjonTec for the use of AjonTec Social (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
The Service
The Service uses artificial intelligence to write and design social media posts, sends them to you for approval, and publishes approved posts to the accounts you connect, according to the plan and schedule you choose.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
- Tell us immediately at support@ajontecpost.com if you believe your account has been misused.
Plans, billing and renewal
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. The price is shown before you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can change your plan at any time. A new plan replaces the previous one from the moment it starts.
- We may change prices with at least 15 days’ notice. New prices apply from your next billing date.
- Prices may be subject to applicable taxes.
Approval and responsibility for content
- Posts are sent to you for approval before publishing. Approving a post, or enabling auto-publish, means you accept responsibility for it.
- AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Please check facts, prices, dates and claims before approving.
- You confirm that business information, logos and material you provide are yours or that you have permission to use them.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, that infringes the rights of others, or that breaks the rules of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or WhatsApp. We may decline to create such content and may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp and Razorpay. If a platform changes its rules, limits access or is unavailable, some features may be delayed or stop working. We are not responsible for actions these platforms take on your accounts.
Ownership
You own your business information and the posts created for you, and you permit us to use them only to provide the Service. The Service, including its software, design and the AjonTec Social name, belongs to AjonTec.
Availability
We work to publish every approved post on time, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or fail to pay. On closure, your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AjonTec is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of AjonTec.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
