AjonTec Social is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically.
When your service starts
- Your plan becomes active as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
- Your first preview is prepared before your next scheduled posting time and sent to WhatsApp and the app.
How posts are delivered
- Previews arrive 1 to 12 hours before the posting time, as set by you.
- Approved posts are published to your connected accounts within about a minute of the scheduled time.
- You receive a confirmation after each post is published.
If something goes wrong
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of payment, or posts are not being delivered, write to support@ajontecpost.com. We will resolve it or issue a refund as described in our refund policy.
