Questions, answered
Do I need to open the app every day?
No. After setup, previews come to your WhatsApp. You reply there and posts publish on their own. Open the app only if you want to change your plan, time or business details.
What happens if I don’t reply in time?
By default the post is skipped, so nothing goes live without your approval. If you prefer, turn on “Auto-publish if I don’t reply” in settings and the post will publish at its scheduled time.
How early will I get the preview?
You choose: anywhere from 1 to 12 hours before posting time. You can change this whenever you like.
Can I ask for changes more than once?
Yes. Ask as many times as you need, by text or voice note. Each change is sent back to you for approval.
Which accounts can I connect?
Facebook Pages, Instagram business or creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page, LinkedIn profiles and X (Twitter) accounts.
Will the posts look like my brand?
Yes. Add your business name, colours, tone of voice, hashtags and current offers in settings. Every caption and design uses them.
Can I change or cancel my plan?

Is my data safe?
Account access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish the posts you approve. You can disconnect accounts or ask us to delete your data at any time. Read our privacy policy.
