This policy explains what information AjonTec (“we”, “us”) collects when you use AjonTec Social (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), WhatsApp number, language and time zone.
- Business details you provide: business name, industry, description, audience, tone of voice, offers, contact details, website, hashtags, colours and logo.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X, we receive an access token, the account or page ID and its name. We never receive or store your social media passwords.
- Content and messages: posts created for you, your approvals, change requests, chat messages and voice notes.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the subscription status and payment reference, not your full card or bank details.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and logs needed to keep the Service secure and working.
How we use your information
- To create, schedule, send for approval and publish posts on the accounts you connect.
- To send previews, confirmations and service messages on WhatsApp and in the app.
- To process subscriptions and payments and to provide support.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Connected social accounts are used only to publish posts you approve and to show you their status.
Service providers
We share only what each provider needs to deliver the Service:
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google) receive business details and change requests to write captions and designs, and voice notes to convert them to text.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), LinkedIn and X receive the posts you approve and the messages we send you.
- Razorpay processes payments.
- Hosting providers store and run the Service.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.
Data from Meta, LinkedIn and X
Data received from these platforms is used only to publish content you have approved and to show whether publishing succeeded. We follow each platform’s developer policies and delete their data when you disconnect the account or delete your AjonTec Social account.
Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information, business details, account tokens, posts and messages within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records.
Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, store passwords as one-way hashes, keep access keys encrypted and restrict access to our systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
- View and update your details at any time in Settings.
- Disconnect any social account from the Accounts screen.
- Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to support@ajontecpost.com. See our data deletion instructions.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
